Besides the miss information on the website offerings free breakfast, everything else was pretty good. Front desk was able to change my room last minute since the original room was not ready for use. Was closer to where I needed to be for the weekend.

Overcharged and not fixed by a phone call. Room was fine, just needed a bed and shower. Would return if I ever get a refund for a $69.80 overcharge. Called, talked to office personnei-no help !!! Gave a 1 star becasue 0 stars is not an option! GET receipts, check amounts! My overcharges happened after I left hotel. They had my CC numbers !!!!

This is a basic, roadside motel, but the room was clean and in good condition, the beds were comfortable and there were sufficient outlets for charging. Unfortunately, there is no coffeemaker in the room and the bedside clock was not working correctly.

This motel is disgusting. The roof is falling apart. The rooms are old, dated, and smelly. The AC was from the 1970s and looked as though it had never been replaced. Our room key didn’t work when we first got to our room. They put us in the back of the hotel when I’m ADA. There was maybe 2 other cars in the parking lot which would indicate that 98% of the rooms were vacant. When we left our Uber driver said he dropped off a hooker the night before. This is that kind of hotel. You get what you pay for. We left within 15 min of staying in the room and booked the Best Western Downtown. We ended up eating the cost at Rodeway but we didn’t feel safe here and it’s far from DT Syracuse. Just not worth staying here.

We had a very good experience. We are a family of 8 people parents and 6 kids from the age of 2 to 20, we took 2 rooms. It was comfortable and clean. We were only missing som cups for coffee & tea, we had only 1 cup.
